These Terms will remain posted on the website available to the USER for playback and save them as confirmation of the contract, and may be modified at any time by the LENDER. 3. BENEFITS – PLANS AVAILABLE.
The service contract includes the delivery by FreeSoul Coworking workstation or private office freely selected by the USER along with the equipment detailed in the description of the booking.
The place of work under this contract may be rented to other USERS outside of the dates indicated in the reservation unless you have chosen the option of SUBSCRIPTION, in which case you will be assigned to that USER until you are notified otherwise.
Modality – fixed Position PART TIME – Half day
The USER mode is BASIC, half-day, you can only make use of the space in the schedule set in the reservation, and must leave his post outside of these hours, leaving the position empty and free from personal belongings to his departure.
Modality – fixed Position-FULL TIME – full Day
The Coworker in mode Full Time, you will have full access without hours for the duration of your reservation, being able to leave the belongings you want in your position during your stay.
Modality – Fixed Position with SUBSCRIPTION
For bookings in mode Fixed Position with a SUBSCRIPTION (after 2 months), it makes available to USERS the possibility of the LOCKING POSITION by the payment of a DEPOSIT by the user which will block the availability of your position for new bookings, ensuring its use in the following months, provided they are carried out successive payments of the mode chosen in the due term.
The RETURN of the security deposit will always be notified FreeSoul Coworking the intention not to continue with the rental of the job with a minimum of 30 DAYS PRIOR to its completion.

Modality – the HOT DESK:
service HOT DESK allows the USER the flexible use of a workstation in a shared space, without a fixed location assigned. There are the following modes:
- Hot Desk 1 Month: The USER can make reservations unlimited under the modality of “One Day”, always non-consecutive days, and only on working days (Monday to Friday). Reservations should be made with a maximum of 7 days in advance.
- Hot Desk Subscription +2 Months: Subscription with a minimum duration of 2 months, keeping the same conditions that the mode “One Day” but at a reduced price. The initial payment will include 1 month in advance + 1 month deposit, which will be refunded if the USER notifies your cancellation with a minimum of 30 days in advance.
after the first month (30 calendar days) we will proceed to charge you the next month’s rent automatically on the payment method chosen.
- 10 Days Pack: Bonus of 10 days of free available for bookings under the modality of “One Day”, with a validity of 30 days from the date of activation. Reservations must be made with a maximum of 7 days in advance and will be used only on working days (Monday to Friday).

Modality – FreeSoul Club:
Mode “FreeSoul Club” gives the USER access to all the activities and events carried out by the community during periods full of a month. Also includes Access for 1 day at a coworking per month.
The duration will be a minimum of 1 month, you can choose to a reduction in the price in case you choose the mode of SUBSCRIPTION, with a duration of míninmo 2 months.
4. DISCOUNTS and changes.
All users with active subscription that meet the requirements established for each case will be eligible for the following discounts:

*Available for users in the form of Fixed Position.
USERS of Fixed Position with active SUBSCRIPTION uninterrupted, will accrue a BONUS of 2 WEEKS for FREE every 6 MONTHS, which may be deducted in the payment of the next month’s rent upon specific REQUEST by THE LENDER at least 30 days in advance.
USERS will be able to make use of a maximum of TWO BONUSES per year (or 1-month free every 12 months), LOSING THE RIGHT TO THE USE OF ALL THE DISCOUNTS ACCRUED IN the EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION.
The validity of the BONUSES accumulated will be 2 years.
Discount due to the absence OF SUMMER.
*Available for users in the form of Fixed Position.USERS with an active Subscription for more than 6 months, shall be entitled to receive a DISCOUNT FOR the ABSENCE once a year for a period of 1 MONTH’s duration (counted continuously). The discount will be a 50% reduction in the rate during the month that occurs the absence.
To qualify for this discount, USERS must notify the PROVIDER of the absence with a minimum of 30 DAYS in advance. In addition, make available to the service PROVIDER job that is appropriate for its use by other individuals during the time of your ABSENCE. Once the period of absence, the USER will have the same position.
The USER will be able to make use of this discount as long as you KEEP THE SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVE on your return for the period of absence.
Change between subscriptions to Hot Desk and FreeSoul Club:
After the compromise initial minimum of 2 months, you can change the type of subscription by notifying us at least 15 days before the renewal date.
5. CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS.
The USER must apply to the service PROVIDER’s cancellation and refund of the amounts paid by any of the means of communication at its disposal.
6. CLAIMS AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES IN LINE.

Pursuant to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a platform of free access conflict resolution online between the USER and the service PROVIDER, without the need of recourse to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party, called the Agency for dispute resolution, which is an intermediary between the two. This agency is neutral and will be discussed with both parties to reach an agreement, being able to finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict.

7. FORCE MAJEURE.
The parties will not incur any responsibility for any failure due to force majeure. The performance of the obligation is delayed until the cessation of the event of force may.
8. COMPETITION.
The USER may not assign, transfer or convey the rights, responsibilities and obligations contracted in the sale.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remainder shall not be affected in any way, nor will they suffer modification in any way.

9. OVERVIEW OF THE OFFER.
All sales made by the LENDER shall be subject to these Conditions.
Any modification, alteration, or covenant, is contrary to the Commercial Proposal of FreeSoul Coworking or to herein, shall have effect, unless otherwise agreed to in a writing signed by the LENDER, in this case, these agreements specific shall prevail.
Given the continuous technical advances and improvements of the services, the service PROVIDER reserves the right to modify its specifications in respect of the information provided in their advertising, even that does not affect the value of the services offered. These modifications will also void in the event that, for any cause, affected the possibility of supply of the services offered.
10. PRICE AND TERM of VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The prices that are indicated in respect of each service include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes which may be applicable, unless otherwise indicated in each section, in which case it will be clearly specified.
The prices applicable to each service are published on the web site, and shall be denominated in the EURO currency. The USER assumes that the economic valuation of some of the services may vary in real-time.

12. FORMS OF PAYMENT, CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
The PROVIDER is responsible for the financial transactions and provides the following ways to make the payment of an order:

- PayPal
- bank Transfer
- Bizum
- Wise
The USER can use a discount coupon at the time prior to the completion of the purchase in the event of receipt by the PROVIDER.
Security measures

If any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining terms.
The PROVIDER may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate a USER’s access to the services, in whole or in part, for any valid reason, including, without limitation, when the USER does not meet or follow any of the obligations set forth in this document, or any provision of law, license, regulation, directive, code of practice or policy of usage applicable.
When exercising any of its rights or powers under this Clause, such exercise shall not prejudice or affect the exercise of any other right, power or remedy that may be available to FreeSoul Coworking.
15. Warranty AND RETURNS

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish legislation on matters not expressly established. Any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the USER’s domicile, the place of performance of the obligation or the one in which the property is located if this is real estate property
