Consent for WhatsApp Groups
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), we request your consent to include you in the group managed by Manuel Cuadros Ocete (FreeSoul Coworking), solely for the purpose of sharing information about the activities carried out by the group, providing the following details regarding data processing:
GROUP MEMBERS: Members of the group will be considered those who belong to it at the time a message is sent. Therefore, former members or future members who are not part of the group at that moment will not be considered recipients of the data. The group administrator may add or remove any member from the group without prior notice.
DATA RECIPIENTS: Your name, phone number, and any messages shared within the group will be visible to other group members who, like you, have given their consent for these purposes.
USE OF DATA: The use of the information shared within the group for any other purposes, including sharing with third parties outside the group, is strictly prohibited.
DATA RETENTION: While you are a member of the group, the conversation history necessary for the stated purpose may be retained. When a member is removed from the group, they must immediately delete all group conversations, unless retention is required by law or for the legitimate defense of the expelled member. In such cases, the information must be blocked and its processing limited as long as potential responsibilities with other group members may arise. The group administrator may retain the data and messages of all members who have remained in the group indefinitely, until the group is permanently deleted, unless retention is required for the same reasons as for any other member.
USER RIGHTS: You may withdraw your consent at any time and exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction, and objection as provided by the Regulation by contacting the group administrator via private message. In any case, if you believe that the data processing does not comply with current regulations, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority at www.aepd.es.
